A BBQ Legend Remembered-Massey’s BBQ joins the Glen Rose community in mourning the loss of a true legend in the BBQ world, Larry Higgins of Hammonds Bar B Que. For 24 years, Larry helped make Hammond’s a cherished tradition in Glen Rose, bringing people together over great food and warm hospitality.

Our hearts go out to his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. We are grateful that Robby is continuing the tradition, keeping the legacy alive.

Sending our deepest condolences, thoughts, and prayers to everyone impacted. Rest easy, Larry.
